1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 4jeta platform and its users. "4jeta", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the website https://4jeta.lat and all services connected to it. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person registered on the platform or applying to register.

4jeta is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform. Using the platform means you accept all provisions of these Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after a change, you are considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use the 4jeta platform:

You must be at least 21 years old — for users aged 21 and above only.
You must be a valid individual and may open only one account in your own name.
Opening or managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
Each user may hold only one account; opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Warning: Opening an account on 4jeta and placing bets or playing casino games is strictly prohibited for minors (under 21). If an account is opened by providing false information, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

Accurate personal information must be provided to complete registration on 4jeta. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, we may request an ID or other documents.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Make your password strong and difficult to guess.
Never share your login details with any third party.
Always log out after using a public or shared device.
If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to [email protected].

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

4jeta reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or security risks — without prior notice.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 4jeta platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
The account holder must use a payment method registered in their own name.
Using a third-party account or payment method is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests generally take 5–30 minutes to process.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4jeta does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment service provider may apply their own fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 4jeta, you will receive a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met to activate the bonus.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

Wagering Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = after completing ৳40,000 in bets, the bonus winnings will be withdrawable.

Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions — read them carefully before claiming.
A user may not use the same bonus offer more than once.
Attempting to abuse bonuses fraudulently may result in account cancellation.
4jeta reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus program.

6 VIP Program

The 4jeta VIP program has three tiers, offering special benefits to regular players:

Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week.
Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular activity and contribution to the platform. VIP benefits may change at 4jeta's discretion.

7 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

4jeta is a fair play platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Any form of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software.
Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by opening multiple accounts.
Colluding with other users when placing bets.
Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Playing using automated bots or scripts.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

4jeta places the highest importance on the security of your personal information. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

Your personal information will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
Documents collected for identity verification will be stored securely.

13 Service Termination & Account Closure

4jeta may close any account for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. In cases of serious breach, the balance may be forfeited.

14 Dispute Resolution

Once a complaint is received, we will begin an investigation as quickly as possible.
In disputes regarding game results, server logs will be considered the final evidence.

15 Changes to Terms

4jeta reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. We will post a notice on the platform for significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
